The $29 Deposit Plan purchased on herevolt.com is separate from a pledge made on Kickstarter. The deposit offer shown on this site states that the $29 deposit will be refunded when shipping begins after the crowdfunding campaign. The offer and order details shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Requesting help with an order

If you would like to cancel a deposit or ask about a refund, email support@herevolt.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review your request under the applicable offer and consumer-protection law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider.

Kickstarter pledges

A Kickstarter pledge is governed by the terms of the campaign and Kickstarter, not by a deposit order on this website. For a pledge-related request, contact us through Kickstarter or email our support team with your pledge details.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
